Service Description:​

50-70 Minute Keynote (with or without Q&A)

An inspiring keynote that uses storytelling, poetry, and personal experience to empower individuals to overcome adversity, embrace their identity, and become agents of change in their communities.

The Sponsor commits to providing the following audio-visual setup for the Speaker:

-Podium for Speaker

-Wireless handsfree microphone (Lapel/Lavalier preferred)

-Video projector and screen with HDMI capability

-Audio system (PA)

-Computer with internet access for presentation slides

-Audio playback from the computer

-Wireless internet access

-Presentation remote or a designated operator

-Separate microphone on a stand for audience Q&A

-Chairs for attendees

-A bottle of water is appreciated but not required

The Speaker will provide:
-A link to the audio and visual presentation components in advance
-A backup copy on a thumb drive in case of internet issues

Workshop
DiversaTEAM: Building Community Through Dialogue

Team work

Service Description:​

50-60 Minute Workshop

8-30 Person Recommended Group Size

A dynamic workshop using collaborative exercises and real-world dialogue, this session fosters empathy, critical thinking, and stronger community connections. Essential for navigating today’s evolving campus and workplace environments.

The Sponsor commits to providing the following audio-visual setup for the Speaker:
-A video projector and screen with HDMI capability
-A computer with internet access to run the presentation
-Audio playback from the computer
-Wireless internet access
-A presentation remote or a designated person to manage slide transitions
-Enough pens/ pencils and paper for each participant and presenter (extras for backup)
-A bucket, bag, or bowl (large enough for all pens/ pencils and paper to fit into without spilling out)

-Chairs and tables for attendees
-A bottle of water is appreciated but not required
